Juventus could target Nicolas Jackson if they can’t sign Randal Kolo Muani

Juventus could enter the race for Nicolas Jackson if they fail to agree a deal for Randal Kolo Muani according to reports.

The Blues are set for a busy end of the window and still have some key outgoings they need to finalise, with Jackson falling into that category.

The 24-year-old has fallen down the pecking order following the arrival of both Joao Pedro and Liam Delap, and is set to embark on a fresh challenge.

Jackson is attracting suitors from a number of clubs both in the Premier League and abroad, with Chelsea said to value him at around £80m.

At this late stage in the window the Blues aren’t going to get that fee, and Chelsea are now open to loaning Jackson under the right conditions.

Chelsea would be looking for an obligation to buy, and reportedly a loan fee of £10m, and Jackson is very close to joining Bayern Munich.

The Senegal international has agreed terms with the German giants, but Chelsea and Bayern are yet to agree on the final details.

However, there could be a twist in the tale, and Di Marzio have reported if Juventus can’t complete a deal for Kolo Muani they will look to target Jackson.

Jackson was linked with Juventus earlier this summer, but nothing materialised and this would be some twist at this stage of the window.

Xavi Simons or Fermin Lopez to Chelsea?

Chelsea need Jackson to leave in order to bring in one more attacking signing, and Xavi Simons was expected to be that player.

However, Chelsea still haven’t made a bid for the 22-year-old, and it now appears Simons is closing in on a move to rivals Tottenham.

The Simons saga is expected to be resolved on Friday, but Chelsea could switch their attention to Barcelona’s Fermin Lopez.

The Blues like Lopez, but are yet to make an offer, and it’s thought Barcelona expect the Spaniard to remain at the club.
